Traction drive system as the core part of the elevator, the elevator starting, acceleration, steady speed operation and braking control plays a role in starting the elevator directly affects its performance, braking, acceleration and deceleration, leveling and other indicators of accuracy and comfort . Traction motors on the technical performance requirements are as follows:
a, very short duplication of electric system should be able to frequent starting, braking and reversing operation;
b, can adapt to a certain power supply voltage fluctuations, has enough starting torque, full capacity to meet the car started to speed up requirements;
c, starting current is small;
d, have a hard mechanical properties, and will not lift load changes caused by changes in the elevator speed is too large;
e, to have good speed performance, especially in low speed, the torque does not drop too much, to avoid stepping motor;
f, should run smooth, reliable, low noise and easy maintenance.
2, the project situation
Elevator control system should have the technical requirements, our company and a company in Taiwan, IMS-based servo controller to develop a new type of elevator control system, AC servo controller with PLC control for current speed, speed, based on double closed-loop, no additional hardware devices conditions, the realization of the current, velocity, displacement ring control.
