Abstract: The low-carbon bainitic steel is high strength, high toughness, a new steel multi-purpose species, it is the emergence of social needs and technological developments of modern metallurgy inevitable result. Currently, low-carbon bainitic steel has been widely used on construction machinery. However, the practical production of low carbon bainitic steel bainite is not formed by a single, often co-exist a variety of microstructure, and therefore can not directly reflect the mechanical properties of steel and the correspondence between bainite relationship. In response, the low-carbon Mn-B-Cr-Mo-Nb steel as the research object, a steel company in the country controlled rolling and cooling tests. Through the end of the cold temperature control, granular bainite were obtained by all, all lath bainite and granular bainite lath bainite composed of 3 different types of low carbon bainitic steel. After these 3 different types of bainitic steel tensile and impact test showed that: in the chemical composition under the same conditions, the minimum strength of granular bainite steel, ductile plastic is best; the strength of lath bainite steel the highest, tough plastic worst; by the composition of granular bainite lath bainite steel, its strength, tough plastic center. It can be seen, the final cold rolled steel sheet temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of large organizations through changes in the temperature control can further improve the low-carbon bainitic steel mechanical properties.
